This policy covers hijinxcollective.com, run by Hijinx Collective in Houston, Texas.

What we collect. When you join our list, we collect your first name, your email address and, if you share it, your Instagram handle. When you send a booking request, we collect what you put in the form: your name, email, the date, the venue and the details of your event.

How we use it. We use your email to tell you about Hijinx shows and the causes we support, and we use booking details only to answer your request. We never sell your information.

Who helps us. Our email list is kept by Essential Downtime, the studio that runs our site, and every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. When a form comes in, a notification is sent through Resend, and a copy is kept for 24 months in the inbox of Essential Downtime, the studio that runs our site, so nothing gets lost. The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits, and the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram posts.

Your choices. Unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@hijinxcollective.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes. If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
